Access Process Manager (Band 7):
We are seeking an experienced and organised individual to join the Thames Valley and Surrey (TVS) Secure Data Environment (SDE) Programme, hosted by Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUH), to lead access-related operational processes across
the programme.
The TVS SDE manages access to routinely collected health and care data and associated services for approved research and planning purposes. The access service guides applicants from their initial enquiry through to the safe, lawful, and well-governed use of data within the environment, ensuring a consistent and transparent process for all stakeholders. Working with a high degree of independence, the successful candidate will take ownership of the delivery and continuous improvement of the access service, being accountable for activities from enquiry and triage through to review, decision tracking, fulfilment, onboarding,
active use, and closure.
The access process is a pivotal element of the TVS SDE, and the effective management of this is a vital contribution towards the success of the overall service. Read more about the job and how to apply.
